ANOTHER COOL SUMMER SNACK

I know that when it reaches 105 degrees here, a hot lunch is the last thing on my mind. What could be better than sitting in the shade and snacking on some fruit, bread, salami and of course CHEESE! I just LOVE cheese. I swear I was a mouse in my past life!

SPAGHETTI NIGHT

I think it's safe to say, that no matter what your cultural background is, almost every has "Spaghetti Night". Here is my interpretation of  making spaghetti. Homemade sauce is definitely better than canned, but when you're short on time, a couple cans will have to do :)

COOL foods for a HOT summer!

We're starting to get sneak peaks of the blazing hot summer that awaits us here in California...... and I LOOOVE it! This beautiful weather has inspired me to make some "COOL" foods in mini, including a Shrimp Cocktail, Fruit Sundae and Fruit Trifle.



ADDITION TO MY ITALIAN MEAL

I was so pleased with my Italian meal that I was inspired to make another dish. Chicken Parmesian with Rotini Pasta. Enjoy!

SPAGHETTI & "MAMA MIA" MEAT BALLS

 
On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese, I lost my poor meatballs when somebody sneezed.





I was recently commissioned to make a complete italian meal for someone and was very pleased with how it turned out, so naturally I wanted to share pictures with you all. Enjoy.
